Hello and welcome!

I am so pleased that you have come to Sign & Seal and that I get the opportunity to introduce myself and share a little about how I operate.

The first thing you should know is that Sign & Seal is all about quality.  Like a lot of things in life - if you use a quality product you will get quality results. 

Sign & Seal is an Australian owned and operated business and I have been in online retail (in one form or another) for over 14 years.  

Core Philosophy

Treat customers how I would want to be treated:

• Fast dispatch of orders. Order before 2pm for same day dispatch on non custom items.
• Custome stamp ship in one to two business days once artwork has been approved.
• Wax seals are usually sent within 5 business days from artwork approval - get in touch if you need them faster :-)
• Multiple shipping options.  It's nice to have choice and I offer low priced options as well as a reasonable free shipping threshold.
• Someone to talk too. There are a number of ways you can contact us if you have any questions.
• Experience. I know the products that I sell inside and out.  If you have any questions about using a product we would be only too happy to answer any questions.
• All products are kept on-site and all engraving is done in our studio.
• We have the only 100% made in Australia wax stamp
